Dale Rhodes, M.S., M.A. is a seasoned mentor, spiritual director, and Enneagram educator whose private practice has been enriching lives since 1998. With advanced degrees in Interdisciplinary Studies (Spiritual Traditions & Ethics) and Nonprofit/Human Services Administration, he holds professional certifications in Narrative, Spectrum, and Dynamic Enneagram training, as well as MBTI and Spiritual Direction.


Stephanie J Spencer

Stephanie J. Spencer is a leadership coach, visual artist, and International Enneagram Association-accredited practitioner who draws on years of nonprofit leadership to guide individuals and teams through growth and transition. Author of Out of the Box & Into the Wild: An Enneagram Journey through the Triads of Nature, she has worked with organizations from Fortune 500 companies to local churches, blending the Enneagram, imagery, and thoughtful questioning to inspire clarity and transformation.


Michael Lamberti

Michael Lamberti is an ICF-accredited coach and Integral Master Coach™ trained through Integral Coaching Canada, bringing over six years of experience to guide clients using active listening, curiosity, and a foundation in Integral theory. With an undergrad degree in English Literature from the University of Toronto and a communications background in financial services, he blends a deep appreciation for language and meaning with coaching methodology to support transformative, embodied change.


Ingrid Hurwitz, PhD

Ingrid Hurwitz is the Director of Takdīr Transformation and a seasoned executive coach and leadership development expert with a background in strategy consulting. Having launched her own consultancy in 2015 after roles in corporate transformation, sustainability, and L&D, she specializes in Enneagram-based coaching, organizational development, and deep psychospiritual growth.


Deborah Ooten, PhD

Deborah A. Ooten, PhD, is the founder/director of the Conscious Living Center. She has her doctorate in clinical psychology, is and is a trained craniosacral therapist and a Certified Enneagram Teacher in the Narrative Tradition. Deborah is certified by Don Beck, PH.D in Spiral Dynamics®.


John Harper

John Harper, a dedicated Diamond Approach teacher based in Folsom, CA, is the author of The Enneagram World of the Child, and a Certified Enneagram teacher. With decades of spiritual exploration and a deep commitment to the Diamond Approach, John offers private sessions to help students determine if the DA path aligns with their spiritual quest.


Mike Cohen

Mike Cohen, MA is an executive leadership coach with 20+ years of experience coaching and developing leaders who build trust, skilfully coordinate action, and deliver on ambitious promises in complex environments. Mike is also a coach at Stagen Leadership Academy, in the 52-week Integral Leadership Program. Beyond coaching, Mike is the founder of Kirtan Leader Institute (est. 2010), where he’s trained thousands of students in Kirtan (sacred chant) practice and leadership.


Heath Davis Havlick

Heath Davis Havlick is a seasoned writer and Riso–Hudson Certified Enneagram Teacher with an honors degree in Creative Writing. Heath is the author of Becoming Your True You: God, the Enneagram and Your Unique Purpose, a finalist in two National Indie Excellence Award categories. She leads workshops, facilitates EnneaGroups, writes a popular blog, and speaks widely on how personality influences purpose. She lives in Felton, California, with her husband, Tom.


Saleh Vallander

Saleh Vallander is a medical doctor, Enneagram teacher, and meditation instructor. His work explores the intersections of science, psychology, and spirituality, investigating how these fields can be holistically integrated. Saleh has authored several books, including The Neurobiology of the Enneagram, The Enneagram, the Myers-Briggs, and the Brain, and The Nine Barriers to the Heart.


Nhien Vuong

A former Stanford Law attorney turned Unity minister, Rev. Nhien Vuong, JD, MDiv, is a contemplative Enneagram thought leader, international speaker, retreat leader, and spiritual mentor to individuals of diverse faith backgrounds around the world. A Certified Somatic Enneagram™ Facilitator, IEA-Accredited Professional with Distinction, and the Founder of Evolving Enneagram. Nhien is the author of The Enneagram of the Soul: A 40-Day Spiritual Companion for the 9 Types. Nhien is passionate about helping people to live more fully from their divine nature and fostering a more compassionate, unified, and awakened world.

Keith Witt

Dr. Keith Witt is a licensed clinical psychologist, author, and speaker based in Santa Barbara, California. With over four decades of clinical experience, he has conducted more than 65,000 therapy sessions. Dr. Witt integrates developmental psychology, neuroscience, and Integral Theory into his work, focusing on helping individuals and couples achieve personal growth and deeper relationships. He is the author of several books, including Loving Completely and The Attuned Family, and frequently lectures on topics such as conscious parenting, intimacy, and personal development.


John Luckovich

​John Luckovich is a Brooklyn-based visual artist and Enneagram teacher with over a decade of experience exploring inner work and spiritual development. Deeply involved in the Fourth Way tradition and trained in Integrative Breathwork, he integrates psychological insight with ancient spiritual practices. John is the author of The Instinctual Drives and the Enneagram, co-host of The Big Hormone Enneagram Podcast, and co-founder of both The Enneagram School and New York Enneagram. He offers coaching, workshops, retreats, and leads spiritual pilgrimages to Egypt.


Tom Condon

Tom Condon has worked with the Enneagram since 1980 and with Ericksonian hypnosis and NLP since 1977. Tom has taught over 900 workshops in the US, Europe and Asia and is the author of 50 books, CDs and DVDs on the Enneagram, NLP and Ericksonian methods. He is a certified Coach and Practitioner of NLP and Director of The Changeworks in Bend, Oregon. He is accredited with honor by the International Enneagram Association (IEA).


Mario Sikora

Mario Sikora is an executive coach, leadership development consultant, and pioneer in the theory and application of the Enneagram who lives outside of Philadelphia with his wife and four sons. For the past 25 years, he has combined these passions, working with high performers across the globe as they achieve greater levels of personal and professional success.


Ginger Lapid-Bogda

As an Enneagram author, teacher and keynote speaker, as well as an organization development consultant, trainer and coach, Ginger Lapid Bogda PhD works with organizations, leaders, and teams around the globe to create vibrant, productive, and sustainable organizations. Author of nine Enneagram-business books, she also offers global certification programs that enable consultants, trainers, and coaches to use the Enneagram effectively and accurately in organizational applications.


Belinda Gore

Belinda is an inspired teacher as well as an author, artist and psychologist. In affiliation with The Enneagram Institute, Belinda founded The Enneagram Institute of Central Ohio in 2000 to train professionals in the use of the Enneagram system for facilitating personal and professional development. Today she is recognized as a leader in using the Enneagram in coaching.


Beatrice Chestnut

Beatrice is a psychotherapist, coach, and business consultant based in San Francisco. She holds graduate degrees in communication and clinical psychology and is the author of the books, The Complete Enneagram: 27 Paths to Greater Self-Knowledge, and The 9 Types of Leadership: Mastering the Art of People in the 21st century Workplace.


Uranio Paes

Uranio is internationally recognized as a leading Enneagram facilitator, coach, and organization development consultant. He has worked in corporate settings for over two decades and now specializes in doing transformational work with groups and individuals based on the Enneagram.


Michelle Joy

Michelle Joy, MFT is a licensed marriage family therapist and a certified Enneagram Teacher.  Helping couples for almost 2 decades by combining developmental methods with the Enneagram,  Michelle is the founder of her approach “The Enneagram and Development for Couples®” and leads Enneagram workshops for couples and trainings for therapists / coaches, reaching audiences all over the world. 


Cicci Lyckow Bäckman

Coming from a background of inner work, meditation, mysticism, and deep, experiential transformation, Cicci has facilitated experiential inner-growth courses for nearly 25 years. In the last 5, she has been offering online programmes and sessions focusing on inner unfoldment and often focusing on across-the-board aspects — e. g. the centres of intelligence, the instinctual drives, and the levels of balance.


Lynn Roulo

With nearly three decades of experience, Lynn Roulo has been helping people unlock their potential through the Enneagram. A trained Kundalini Yoga teacher, she blends the physical benefits of yoga, breathwork, and meditation with the deep psychological tools and insights of the Enneagram. Diana Redmond

Diana’s passion for the ancient and practical wisdom contained within the Enneagram and her presence-based inquiry approach to coaching comes to light in her teaching focus and style.  She infuses an extensive practice of yoga, meditation, and eastern scriptural studies into her decades of coaching, ICF mentor coaching and Enneagram facilitation. Diana enjoys sharing new ways of working with the Enneagram that bring forward our inherent gifts and capacity for radical acceptance. 


Rob Creekmore

Rob has worked for decades with a wide variety of meditative practices, concentrating for over 30 years on mindfulness meditation in the Vipassana tradition, mindful inquiry, and the Enneagram. He is a founding member and a senior teacher with the Insight Meditation Community of Washington (IMCW) and pioneered the first Kalyana Mitta (Spiritual Friends) group there in 1996. He has been teaching meditation, both with groups and one-on-one, for over 20 years.
