Tom has taught over 900 workshops in the US, Europe and Asia and is the author of 50 books, CDs and DVDs on the Enneagram, NLP and Ericksonian methods. He is a certified Coach and Practitioner of NLP and Director of The Changeworks in Bend, Oregon. He is accredited with honor by the International Enneagram Association (IEA).
Mario Sikora

As an Enneagram author, teacher and keynote speaker, as well as an organization development consultant, trainer and coach, Ginger Lapid Bogda PhD works with organizations, leaders, and teams around the globe to create vibrant, productive, and sustainable organizations. Author of nine Enneagram-business books, she also offers global certification programs that enable consultants, trainers, and coaches to use the Enneagram effectively and accurately in organizational applications.
Belinda Gore
Belinda is an inspired teacher as well as an author, artist and psychologist. In affiliation with The Enneagram Institute, Belinda founded The Enneagram Institute of Central Ohio in 2000 to train professionals in the use of the Enneagram system for facilitating personal and professional development. Today she is recognized as a leader in using the Enneagram in coaching.

Beatrice is a psychotherapist, coach, and business consultant based in San Francisco. She holds graduate degrees in communication and clinical psychology and is the author of the books, The Complete Enneagram: 27 Paths to Greater Self-Knowledge, and The 9 Types of Leadership: Mastering the Art of People in the 21st century Workplace.
Uranio Paes
Uranio is internationally recognized as a leading Enneagram facilitator, coach, and organization development consultant. He has worked in corporate settings for over two decades and now specializes in doing transformational work with groups and individuals based on the Enneagram.


Michelle Joy
Michelle Joy, MFT is a licensed marriage family therapist and a certified Enneagram Teacher. Helping couples for almost 2 decades by combining developmental methods with the Enneagram, Michelle is the founder of her approach “The Enneagram and Development for Couples®” and leads Enneagram workshops for couples and trainings for therapists / coaches, reaching audiences all over the world.
Cicci Lyckow Bäckman
Coming from a background of inner work, meditation, mysticism, and deep, experiential transformation, Cicci has facilitated experiential inner-growth courses for nearly 25 years. In the last 5, she has been offering online programmes and sessions focusing on inner unfoldment and often focusing on across-the-board aspects — e. g. the centres of intelligence, the instinctual drives, and the levels of balance.

Rob Creekmore
Rob has worked for decades with a wide variety of meditative practices, concentrating for over 30 years on mindfulness meditation in the Vipassana tradition, mindful inquiry, and the Enneagram. He is a founding member and a senior teacher with the Insight Meditation Community of Washington (IMCW) and pioneered the first Kalyana Mitta (Spiritual Friends) group there in 1996. He has been teaching meditation, both with groups and one-on-one, for over 20 years.
